Whether it’s a once-in-a-lifetime capture of your child standing up for their first time on their snowboard, or something silly or romantic upon a breathtaking mountain vista we want to see the moments you’ve captured in a 2-minute or less video.

Important Details:
To be eligible for the contest, all video entries submitted must be taken during your stay at SkyRun vacation rental using a SkyRuns GoPro camera between now and January 23rd, 2012.
SkyRun prefers that all video footage is downloaded directly to your computer after use of the camera. All wires and cables as well as charging mechanisms and user’s manual will be provided. If you do not have the ability to download the footage directly to your own computer during your stay, SkyRun can download the footage and provide a DVD of the footage, but please allow up to 5-10 days to receive your copy.

How to Enter
- Book your stay with SkyRun Vacation Rentals using “GoPro”
- For your video to qualify it must be no more than 2 minutes long
- Video footage must be captured during your stay at SkyRun and using one of the SkyRun GoPro Cameras
- All videos must be submitted via Facebook (this is a Facebook exclusive contest)

- Click submit entry
- Choose your file (AVI, MPE, MOV)
- Enter a Caption (this is mandatory)

Terms and Conditions:
- Must stay at least one night at any of SkyRun’s Condo’s in Keystone
- Footage must be captured during your stay at SkyRun
- Footage must be edited down to a maximum of 2 minutes
- Maximum of 2 video Edits may be submitted Per Person
- This is a Facebook contest only and videos will not be accepted through any other means of submission.
- All visitors using the SkyRun GoPro cameras must sign a GoPro Release Form before taking the camera off SkyRun Vacation Rental Property.
- Video submissions must be uploaded before 11:59pm MST on Monday, January 23rd, 2012.
- You retain ownership and full rights to all videos submitted but grant us the right to use your videos for any marketing efforts.
- 2 nights free lodging is transferable and does not include travel or other expenses.
- No profanity, offensive language, defamatory/personal attacks, etc. We reserve the right to delete any videos/ posts that we deem inappropriate.
- Please be respectful and tolerant of others’ comments when posting your own comments. Remember that anything you post may be viewed by anyone else on Facebook (and there are a LOT of people on Facebook).
- SkyRun Vacation Rental’s GoPro Video Contest is open to any participant at least 18 years of age.
- The contest is open to all participants regardless of residence or citizenship, so long as the laws of their jurisdiction allow participation.
- Your Rights: You will retain all rights to any video you submit — including ownership if applicable — other than those rights licensed in the next sentence. By entering the contest, you hereby grant to SkyRun Vacation Rentals (i) a nonexclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to reproduce, distribute, publicly display and publicly perform the videos you submit to SkyRun Vacation Rentals, and (ii) the right to use your name, city, state and country of residence in promotions and other publications.
- You are responsible for obtaining the necessary releases from the individuals depicted, and must be able to provide copies of those releases to SkyRun Vacation Rentals upon request.
- All videos that have been digitally altered beyond standard optimization will be disqualified. Acceptable optimization are editing the length of the footage, adding music, adding text, adding clipart images and other slight enhancements such as, removal of dust, cropping, reasonable adjustments to exposure, color and contrast. Everything else is subject to evaluation.
- Video captions must accompany all submissions, and should include in the subject of the video: the location the video was taken, and the name of the videographer(s).
- SkyRun Vacation Rentals has final approval of any language that appears on its website with any of the videos and will not promote or endorse third-party products or services.
- Videos will be judged on originality, technical excellence, composition, overall impact and artistic merit.
- The SkyRun Rental online network, as well as your network of friends, family and peers will be voting on the videos via (the place we have voting).
- Deadline for submitting entries is 11:59 pm on Monday, January 23rd, 2012.
- Online entries can be uploaded starting at 10:00 am MST on Thursday December 8th, 2011.
- SkyRun Vacation Rentals reserves the right to adjust any deadline(s) as the result of causes beyond its immediate control.
- SkyRun Vacation Rentals reserves the right to adjust any terms or increase the scope of participation
- Legal Conditions: By entering, participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SkyRun Vacation Rentals, its respective subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives, from any and all third party liability for any injuries, loss, claim, action, demand or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the competition (collectively, “Losses”), including without limitation any third party claim for copyright infringement or a violation of an individual’s right to privacy and/or publicity right. Technical Information and Requirements:
- With a single battery, you will get approximately 2.5 hours of continuous video recording time in mild and warmer temperatures. Cold temps will reduce run times somewhat,
- The camera captures 5 megapixel digital image
- The camera is compatible with both Windows AND the Mac OS.
